Wicked Strategies provides solutions in organisational, community and brand development.

 

Our goal is to develop and enrich outcomes that contribute to creating vibrant organisations and communities in the places we work and live.

 

We customise nimble and agile solutions across strategic planning, community engagement, communications and community funding. We connect stakeholders and communities, empowering them to identify options, review opportunities and determine solutions that are the best fit for them. It's not about us it's about our clients and people.

 

Our style is fast delivery, ‘hit the ground running’. We identify the right methodology for each project, with flexibility to meet emerging needs. We’re hands on working on every element of every project, walking all the miles including extra ones, for great results. 

Like many of our clients, we’re not big in size or wallet, we’re big in heart and skills.

Wicked Strategies operates all over the state and have both a Perth and Southwest location, so we can provide regional areas and towns with the same smart opportunities as our metro city clients.

Dominique Monteleone is the senior consultant and head trainer of Wicked Strategies. She has over 20 years in executive roles across government and business. She is IAP2 certified in engagement, facilitation and evaluation and is passionate about organisational development, community connectedness and capacity building.

As a Board Member of Tura New Music and an advisor on many committees, Dominique also has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector.
